However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damages during transit or receiving the wrong item, our team is here to help! Please get in touch with us within 12 hours of receiving your order with an unboxing video, and we’ll work with you to make things right.
You may return your online order within 12 hours of receipt only if you have received damaged/different products. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Submit Your Unboxing Video: Visit the order section of your account, select ‘Return Item’, and provide an unboxing video and a reason for the return.
- Return Request Review: Our team will review the images and videos you provide and assess your return request. You will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your request within 4-5 working days.
- Prepare the Package: Once your return request is approved, ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and includes all original packaging materials and tags.
- Ship the Item: Follow the instructions provided in the Returns Portal to ship the item back to us.
Upon receipt and processing of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
